Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only if products are in their original condition, wrapped in their original packaging.
- The return policy does not apply to opened perfumes. We encourage you to try the sample perfume included with your order, which features a colored dot related to your specific order. Additionally, we've included extra samples for you to try and enjoy. If you find one you like, please feel free to place your new order on our website!
Return Request
- To initiate a return, you must submit a return request within three (3) days from the date of delivery.
- Return requests can be made by emailing [email protected] or via our WhatsApp number +966509708703.
Return Shipping Charges
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or pilfered items.
- Please note that the shipping fee paid when the order was placed is non-refundable. Only the cost of the product will be refunded.
Required Documentation
- The original invoice is required for processing any returns.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued after we receive the returned goods, typically within 10-15 working days.
Exchange Policy
- The delivered order must be returned in full, as neither full nor partial orders can be exchanged. After returning the complete order, you are free to place a new order.
Payment Method Specifics
- Orders paid through Tamara or Tabby will be refunded through the same payment method.
- Returned Orders Purchased Using mokafaa Points from Alrajhi Bank:
- Orders purchased fully using mokafaa points can be refunded as points to mokafaa wallet in Alrajhi Bank application after receiving the product and ensuring that it has not been used and is still in its original box.
- For orders purchased partially with mokafaa points and the remaining amount with other payment methods, mokafaa points will be refunded as points to mokafaa wallet in Alrajhi Bank application, while payments through Tamara or Tabby will be refunded directly by them, and payments made by Mada/credit card will be refunded via bank transfer after receiving the product in our warehouse and checking the product status to ensure it has not been used.
