- Orders that include the offer can only be returned if none of the main perfume boxes have been opened, and the customer tries the provided samples first to decide whether to keep or return the order.
- If the customer purchased the “Choose 4 and Pay for 2 Only” offer and opened at least one perfume box, none of the perfumes will be eligible for return.
- If the customer purchases the offer, partial returns or exchanges are not allowed.
- A full return is only accepted if all products are in brand new, unopened condition.
